  • Getting To Us
    Nearest MRT is Bugis MRT Station. Take Exit A and walk 3 minutes, we are located at 149 Rochor Road, Fu Lu Shou Complex #02-13/14/15/16/17, Singapore 188425, which is just opposite Bugis Street and beside Albert Centre.
  • Payment Modes
    We accept Cash, Nets, PayNow & GrabPay at standard rates. We accept Credit Card payment at an additional 3% surcharge with effect from 1st August 2023.
  • Ensuring Sufficient Time
    In order to keep track of day-to-day bookings to ensure minimal clashes of upcoming appointments, our system are designed to keep track of time whenever masseur are assigned to begin their service. If you find that your session has been shortchanged of time, do inform the counter immediately so that we are able to rectify the situation by asking the masseur to continue with the massage session, or to charge you at a lesser rate which the masseur will then receive lesser commission. If we are unable to assist you or rectify immediately, write in to us at info@wanlinhealthcare.com, give us some time to re-roll CCTV and determine if there are any shortchange of time, and our service quality team will get in touch with you shortly.
  • Ensuring Quality Massages
    With 20 over years of support from many of our customers, we know there are certain expectations to upkeep for our seasoned customers. Masseurs at Wan Lin go through trials to assessed their skillsets in foot reflexology, body massage with oil and body massages without oil. We will then also provide in-house training to ensure masseur are of certain standard before they are able to be booked online. Massage is subjective, training are provided but deviations of strength and pressure between masseurs are inevitable. If you find certain masseurs not suitable to your liking, talk to the counter for a change of masseurs within the first 5 - 10 minutes of session to ensure you have a happy massage session. If you find masseurs to your liking, take notice of their nametag and book them for your subsequent visits.
  • Booking Online
    Booking online is easy with 4 steps approach. We will update shortly with step-by-step guide for both mobile and desktop version.
  • Package and Credit FAQs
    - Package and Credit are strictly non-refundable with validity of 2 years. - Package & Credit are calculated based on the original pricing. - Package and Credit can be shared between friends and family members, just simply book using the mobile number registered. - Every session utilized will be tracked by system, and email of balance will be sent via the email registered. - Expired package within 1 year of expiry can be extended with purchase of fresh packages. - The extended package will follow the newest purchased package date. We will update the FAQs section with detailed policies and also to cover all package/credits benefits along with it's pros and cons really soon.
